The Story
Founded by Jamison Savage at 1900m on the slopes of Volcán Barú, Finca Deborah produces some of the most decorated Geisha lots in the world. Lots have repeatedly cleared $1,000 per pound at the Best of Panama auction. The farm operates on regenerative principles, with intercropping of native shade trees and zero synthetic input.
The Craft
Selective hand-picking of fully ripe cherries. Anaerobic, natural and washed processing in parallel micro-lots. Drying on raised beds for up to 28 days.
