The Story
A cooperative of nineteen apiarists, predominantly Māori-owned, working remote mānuka stands accessible only by helicopter. Established in 1987 to protect single-site provenance against industrial blending. Every batch is DNA-verified, MGO-tested and traceable to a single GPS coordinate.
The Craft
Hives placed by helicopter in late November. Honey extracted in February. Cold-extracted, lightly filtered, never heated above 35°C.
